Architecture and Interiors

Architecture and interior projects. Based in Poland, working with clients locally and remotely.

My Workflow

Every project follows this structure, with optional add-ons depending on your needs.

1

Initial Consultation

We meet to discuss what you're looking for — how you use the space, functional requirements, style direction, and budget. If it's an existing space, I visit to take measurements and see what we're working with.

What you get: Site measurements, initial scope definition

2

Contract & Agreement

3

Concept Design

I develop 1-2 layout options with mood boards showing the design direction. Materials are presented as physical samples when possible (tiles, wood, fabrics), digital otherwise. Rough furniture placement and style references included.

This phase includes up to 3 rounds of amendments based on your feedback.

What you get: PDF mood board, floor plan sketches (SketchUp), material palette

1-2 weeks from contract signing
4

Design Development

Once you approve the concept, I refine the layout and specify everything — exact furniture models, lighting fixtures, finishes per room, built-in details. The space is modeled in 3D so you can see the result before construction begins.

What you get: Detailed floor plans with dimensions, 3D renders (3-5 views), furniture spec sheets with model numbers and links, lighting fixture specifications, material/finish schedule

Finding specific models is part of this phase. Actually purchasing them is up to you — I provide the specs and links, you handle procurement and timelines.

5

Technical Documentation

Construction drawings for contractors — floor plans, elevations, electrical/lighting layouts, material callouts. If there's custom millwork or built-ins, detailed shop drawings included.

What you get: DWG files + PDFs (plans, elevations, sections), electrical plan, construction notes

6

Handoff

Final review of all deliverables, Q&A session to make sure everything's clear. The project package goes to you and your contractor.

What's next: You select your contractor and manage the construction schedule. My role covers the design and documentation — the build timeline and execution are handled by you and your chosen team.

+

Construction Oversight (optional service)

If you want support during construction, I offer site visits, contractor coordination, and material approval. This is optional — some clients handle it themselves, others prefer the extra layer of oversight.

What you get: On-call support, 2-3 site visits, problem-solving during construction, final walkthrough
